Description:
Zorzal Wines is a boutique winery founded in 2008 by the renowned wine-making Michelini Brothers together with Canadian investment partners. The winery and vineyards are located at Gualtallary in the Uco Valley, one of the most outstanding areas for viticulture in Argentina. At 1,350 meters above sea level Gualtallary is located at the highest point of the Mendoza wine province at the foot of the Tupungato volcano, which provides the perfect terroir for wines with great structure and acidity.
This is a bright Sauvignon Blanc, showcasing mineral intensity combined with enticing white peach notes. The wonderful volume and texture on the palate is balanced by a refreshing acidity, through to a persistent finish.
