Brooding red but with freshness on its side. Dark cherry, red plum, some cola and mushroomy elements in the mix with dried seaweed umami tang playing a hand. Sits just under medium weight, saline minerally characters in tow. Very pleasing, supple and energetic red of great interest and deliciousness.
