The wine presents a medium-bodied profile with lifted aromas of wild blackberries, raspberries, violets, ground pepper, and sage. On the palate, it offers juicy red fruit flavours—red cherry, pomegranate, and red currant—complemented by savoury notes of star anise, fennel seeds, and black peppercorns. The mouthfeel is shaped by ferruginous tannins, providing structure and a lingering finish.
