On the palate, it is fresh and crisp, with flavours of pear, pineapple, and lime zest unfolding in layered harmony. Medium-bodied with bright acidity, it finishes clean and mineral-driven. Crafted from a mix of aromatic white varietals—most commonly Chardonnay, Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chenin Blanc—this wine is best enjoyed young, ideally within 1–3 years of the vintage to preserve its vivid character.
