The 2017 Cappellaccio Aglianico Riserva showcases the full potential of Aglianico grown on the limestone-rich hills of Castel del Monte. This wine underwent a 12-month maturation in French oak barrels, followed by additional aging in the bottle, resulting in a harmonious balance of structure and freshness.
