Description:
Intense flavours flow on a smooth and supple body. This isn't a heavy, overly bold bodied Shiraz, instead it is more easy-natured and approachable, allowing for an 'anytime' kind of wine drinking. Black cherry, sweet berries, and a tartness from cranberries provide the fruit base. Peppercorn shows again, with some herbaceous bay leaf and green noes. There is medium acidity that causes us to salivate lightly and sandy tannins that soften through the finish.
