On the nose, elegant, rich notes of brioche with lifted flavours of white peach, pink grapefruit pith, orange blossom, and ginger. Those aromas carry through to the palate with added racy acidity, creating a firm, saline backbone. Serve alongside a selection of Maritime oysters, your favourite seafood dishes, or more decadent fare, think foie gras.
