Wine Description

This wine is produced using the appassimento method, where grapes are left to dry in special racks, concentrating the sugars and aromas. After pressing, the wine undergoes maceration on the skins to enhance complexity and structure, followed by vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. A portion of the wine is then aged in French oak barrels, adding depth and richness.

In the glass, it presents a pale straw yellow hue. The nose is rich, offering notes of peach, apricot, banana, and gooseberry. On the palate, it is round and juicy, with a distinct sweet aftertaste and a long-lasting finish.
