Hand-picked spruce tips and fresh glacier water from Banff National Park define this local favourite. This small-batch London "dry style" of Gin will add a little bit of the mountains into your cocktails! 

Tasting Notes: Dry, citrus, crisp and refreshing with a finish of Canadian spruce.
Composition: Juniper, Coriander, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Orris Root, Licorice, Angelica, Cinnamon and Canadian Spruce Tips.        ABV 45%.
