This traditional grappa is made with a blend of pomace obtained from wineries located close to their distillery. Pomace management is the most important factor in making good grappa. Nonino pays a handsome premium for pomace that is quickly brought to their facility before it can be affected by heat or too much exposure to sunlight or oxygen. Pair with spiced pumpkin cakes, with chocolate or with coffee in the afternoon. Perfect as a digestive.
