This white Pet Nat (Pétillant Naturel) opens with a lightly cloudy straw hue, a natural result of its bottle-fermentation process. The nose bursts with lively aromas of green apple, citrus zest, pear skin, and a hint of fresh herbs. On the palate, it is vibrant and refreshing, showing a delicate sparkle that enhances its crisp acidity and notes of lemon, white peach, and crushed rocks.
