NAVERAN ROSADO BRUT 750 ml

Description:

The Estate Vintage Brut Rosado is composed of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Parellada, all grown organically on estate in Alt-Penedes just outside of Barcelona. The vines were planted between 1975 and 1999 at the elevation of 400 meters on soils made up of limestone, sandy topsoil, and clay subsoil. Both varieties are harvested, crushed and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. The wine is aged for 18 months on lees. Second fermentation occurs in the bottle, typical of the méthode Champenoise. This wine is also completely vegan.

Aromatically this wine is refreshingly light with lemon zest, a touch of green apple, and red berries. On the palate, the wine is decadent like strawberry mousse, with elegant tiny bubbles.
