2013 Vintage: 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petite Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc

Aromas of licorice, blackberry, raspberry and plum are interwoven with dark chocolate and black olives highlighted by balsamic notes. The weight and concentration are balanced by flavors that are equally deep and elegant with leather accents and savory herbs (thyme) on the finish. The oak is well integrated featuring supple, very fine grain tannins.

2012 Vintage: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot

Aromas of dark sweet cherry, black currant, dark plum, and finely integrated baking spice and toast. The very sweet, exuberant fruit is complemented by notes of rose petals, almond toffee, vanilla and cedarwood. Sweet black fruit on the entry opens to a velvety mid-palate along with cocoa and spice.

2012 Vintage:  42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Cabernet Franc, 19% Petit Verdot, 15% Malbec

This wine has aromas of violet, plum, black cherry, cassis, nutmeg, vanilla, dark chocolate, and the impression of minerality. Palate is restrained by Napa standards, but still full bodied and round, with all the color, depth, and persistence one expects from Profile.
