Argentinian Pinot Noir exudes cherry, strawberry and vanilla, and tends to be high in acidity due to the high elevation, cool climate it's grown in. Being lighter in body and higher in acidity than many other red wines, Pinot Noir should be paired with something like bruschetta, roast chicken, or a nice vegetarian pizza.
