Description:
This is a classic - stock up for the season. It is a bright, very aged sherry with a brown centre and yellow-green rim. Expect a soft, beguiling quite raisiny/dried fig PX nose with some vanilla/chocolate, molasses, candied ginger and walnut. A hint of evergreen as well. It's full bodied, viscous, warming and slightly tannic from very long ageing in wood. Very complete with outstanding length.
