Medium ruby hue in the glass. On the nose, a classic Pinot perfume with rich brandied cherry, fresh rose petal and hints of ground nutmeg. With time in the glass, the bouquet opens to earthier, herbal aromas reminiscent of sage leaf and fennel. The palate is nicely structured with bright red fruit flavours framed by medium tannins and persistent length.
