Description:
Domaine Les Auzines is a unique family run estate in the Corbières Appellation, South of France. Isolated on a rocky plateau, at 1200 feet altitude, in the heart of some of the most beautiful, untouched countryside in France, the vineyards have been cultivated organically since the early 90’s. This allows the grapes to express their true character and mature in ideal conditions where the vineyards grow in true harmony with nature. The resulting wines express freshness, elegance and finesse.
Made by Laurent Miquel and his Irish wife Neasa, this delicious rosé is the perfect example of ripe, summery Languedoc fruit and a crisp balancing acidity that keeps the wine refreshing, elegant and ideal for all types of foods. The fashionably pale colour is a result short skin contact with the red Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault grapes in the blend. This wine is also certified Vegan and bee friendly.
