An excellent value sake, Kojima Sohonten's Toro Junmai Ginjo is undiluted, giving it loads of umami flavour. This sake's rich taste, fragrance, and sweetness resemble biting into fresh fruit. Aromas of apple, Nashi pear, and hay mingle with flavours of pineapple and pear culminating in a long and satisfying finish. Enjoy with deep-fried chicken, sweet and sour pork, or braised beef.
