The California Central Coast region is renowned for its Cabernet Sauvignon that produces rich, powerful and flavor packed wines. Paso Ink showcases the region’s potential by including fruit from more than a dozen local growers. The average elevation of these vines is 800 feet and the soils are predominantly calcareous based.
