Deriving from Fontodi's organically tended, north-facing The Rota vineyard, this wine is mostly old-vine Sauvignon Blanc blended with about 10% Trebbiano; ÿgrapes ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel, and wine ages with six months, mostly in stainless steel, with a small percentage in amphora.
