Wine Description

The 2023 'Sherazade' presents a bright ruby red hue with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers a vibrant bouquet of raspberry and cherry, complemented by delicate spicy and balsamic notes. The palate is smooth and fruity, with caressing tannins and excellent freshness, culminating in a fragrant and pleasant finish.

Crafted exclusively from Nero d'Avola grapes, this wine underwent fermentation in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for about 6–8 days at 24–25°C. Following malolactic fermentation, it matured for approximately 4 months in tanks and at least 5 months in the bottle.
