Medium golden yellow with copper reflections. Aromas of bitter orange, candied orange peel, dried apricots, candied ginger, peach, pear, honeydew melon, spices such as cardamom and cinnamon, incense, as well as smoky, flint-like notes.

Full-bodied flavour with mild tannins, accentuated and precise acidity, a salty, almost crystalline structure, and a long finish.

Pair with risotto with crab meat and grilled green asparagus, pike-perch fillet with Middle Eastern spice mix, accompanied by chickpeas and barley risotto, grilled wild pigeon with quinoa, exotic fruits and rum-lemon cream.
