Description:
Clear pale citrus yellow colour. The wine displays classic citrus aromas (pink grapefruit, exotic fruits) and a complex spicy character. The delicate palate, and lovely sweetness, are perfectly balanced by the acidity and structure of the wine, which is quite remarkable. With some time, the wine develops smoky characteristics. The palate is long, intense and seems never to finish.
