Wine Description
The 2021 Domaine Weinbach Riesling is a brilliant pale golden colour, reflecting its purity and finesse. The nose opens with delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, and hints of stone fruit, with subtle notes of flinty minerality. On the palate, it is vibrant and crisp, showcasing a finely structured acidity and a medium body. The wine delivers flavours of green apple, lemon, and a touch of peach, with a lingering, dry finish that adds to its overall elegance. The wine is 100% Riesling, and while it is approachable now, it will continue to evolve over the next 5–8 years. Its freshness and complexity make it a standout in the cellar.
