The Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Blanc is a refined, slightly sweeter vermouth from the only vermouth-producing region with an official AOC designation in France—Chambéry. Known for its floral and balanced profile, this vermouth is crafted from a base of white wine, fortified with sugar, and infused with a blend of more than 50 herbs and botanicals native to the Alpine region.

Colour: Clear, with a subtle golden tint.
Aroma: Delicate notes of elderflower, citrus peel, and alpine herbs, with hints of honey and white flowers.
Palate: Lightly sweet and floral, with flavors of candied fruit, lemon balm, and subtle herbs. It has a smooth texture, offering a gentle sweetness balanced by mild bitterness.
