Wine Description

The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is a single-varietal wine sourced entirely from estate-grown grapes on Arise Bench. It underwent maturation for 16 months in French oak barrels, with a composition of 40% new and 60% one-to-two-year-old barrels. This wine presents classic aromas of cassis complemented by layered notes of sandalwood, cloves, bay leaf, and the distinctive Okanagan garrigue. On the palate, it offers rich dark fruit flavours intertwined with spicy black pepper and savoury wild herbs. The fine-grained tannins contribute to a complex and powerful finish.
