CONDE FORLI SANGIOVESE ROSATO 750 ml

While Chiara Condello is making a name for herself with her own winery project, whe still works with her father at the family winery Conde. This rosato made from 100% Sangiovese is from grapes characterized by the fresh, calcareous soils. Picked early to maintain the high acidity, the grapes go through a soft press in order to keep the delicate pink colour. The wine is aged on the lees for 4-5 months to create an unmistakable texture to the wine, while keeping the bright, zippy acidity. The aroma is intense with bright strawberry and cranberry fruit and delicate floral notes. The palate shows tangerine, red berries and wet rock. This is a gorgeous rose that will be perfect for the patio this summer!
