The 2021 CedarCreek Platinum Border Vista Sauvignon Blanc presents a pale straw hue with greenish reflections. On the nose, it exudes vibrant aromas of lime, lemongrass, and subtle green cooking herbs, complemented by a hint of the South Okanagan's characteristic sagebrush. The palate is lively and refreshing, featuring electric acidity and flavours of citrus and fresh herbs. Bone dry with a crisp finish, this wine is best enjoyed now or can be cellared through 2025.
