Part of the Diageo Special Releases 2024, this Caol Ila is called Malt Master, an unpeated single malt made with short fermentation, cloudy worts and part-filled stills. This shorter fermentation and cloudy warts contributed to a creamy, nutty mouthfeel, while the carefully part-filled stills heightened copper contact to bring fresh green apple flavours and spicy notes.
