From the Brandini winery, Alta Langa is a DOCG with Methode Champenois style sparkling wine. These beautiful wines spend 48 months on the lees, making the ageing longer than even Champagne. The aromas of bread crust perfectly blend with floral notes and hints of candied fruit. The perlage is fine with a great acidity and a long-lingering finish.
