Description: This wine praises the denomination Grignolino D'Asti. It is produced with Barbera grapes cultivated in Rocchetta Tanaro. The vineyards have been planted in 2010, 5500 plants per hectare, exposed to south-east. The soils are composed by 40% loam, 30% sands and 30% clay. The fermentation is managed in inox containers with a continuous control of the temperatures for 8 days. The aging is developed in steel for 4 months an it continues in the bottle for other two months. Grignolino is one of the most typical wines of Piedmont. It is a fresh and delicate red, cultivated on lands that make it crunchy and full of pulp. “Gringnolino d’ Asti DOC Limonte” by Braida is an enchanting, fruity and soft wine.
