Wine Description
The 2021 Caro is a blend of 79% Malbec and 21% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Uco Valley. The wine presents a deep garnet-purple hue and offers expressive aromas of plum preserves, blueberry compote, and licorice, complemented by hints of candied violets and spice cake. On the palate, it is full-bodied and packed with perfumed black fruits, framed by super-ripe, plush tannins and refreshing acidity, culminating in a long and fragrant finish.
