'A floral, honeyed Lowlander here from Bladnoch! This single malt spent over a decade maturing exclusively in ex-bourbon casks before it was bottled without chill filtering at 11 years old, and weighs in at a healthy 46.7% ABV. On the nose expect lemon blossom and honeysuckle, with grassy sweetness and waxy citrus peel. The palate shows runny honey leading into apple skin and peppery oak alongside more delicate florals.
