BLACK SAGE VINEYARD CABERNET FRANC 750 ml

The Black Sage Vineyard is located on the desert like Black Sage Bench, beside Osoyoos in the Okanagan Valley. It receives plenty of sun throughout the season where the grapes can beautifully ripen. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and put in a blend of French and American oak barrels to age. The nose has pleasant notes of red berries, red currants, dried strawberries, and smoky mocha aromas. The flavours on the nose carry over to the palate with bright red fruits, mocha, vanilla, and some hints of spice on the finish.
