Conceived by Canadian winemaking icon Peter J. Gamble, Nova 7 is a proprietary blend of signature aromatic whites, highlighting select Muscat grape varieties. Nova Scotia's iconic wine is gently handcrafted from grapes grown along the Bay of Fundy. A category unto itself, its lively spritz, inherent acidity and elegant aromatics combine for a seductive expression of coastal terroir.
