Description:
The Barnard Griffin 2017 Red Mountain Merlot, from Red Heaven Vineyard, is aged for twenty nine months in new and neutral French oak barrels. Shows subtle layers of blueberry, Maraschino cherry and plum backed up by hints of vanilla, brown sugar and orange zest. Very aromatic, fruity and flavorful. A great match for braised short ribs or tender pork shoulder.
