Description:
Solely matured in American bourbon casks; this spirit pours a bright medium gold; on the nose, oaky notes are first in line, followed by roasted malt and toasty, nutty American oak; the mouthfeel is soft and approachable, and the flavours are sweet, nutty and spicy; overall impression of lightness with a crisp finish.
Nose: Oranges and lemons, toffee chunks and milk chocolate. Wafts of grassy air and clotted cream.
Palate: Bounty bars, more citrus peels and peaches. A little bit buttery, with golden barley and oak spice developing on the mid palate.
Finish: Lasting notes of grapefruit and toffee pennies.
